Feedback from Workshop 1:
There was a fantastic turnout to workshop 1, with participation and enjoyment levels high from all members of the pilot program.
After going through the brainstorming sheets, these are the ‘technologies’ that we want to know more about:

|11. Is Facebook safe to use?||12. What is tagging?|
|13. What is delicious?||14. What are the copyright and legal issues when blogging?|
|15. What can we get for free off the internet?||16. How to use Skype|
|17. Learn about chat-forums.||18. What are Wikis?|
|19. How to download a podcast.||20. What is the difference between a blog and a forum?|
At the end of the program we will re-visit this list and see how our understandings of these technologies have developed.
Please note that you do not need to print off the ‘learning goal page’ from the 7 1/2 Habits online tutorial. This is just an example of what PLCMC public library have used.
